The Nature of Doubt

Doubt is a very strong feeling that creates being frozen in action. Doubt often gets created by the mind that is scared to lose control, and the fear of when things go wrong that everything is falling apart. But in reality, if you have a true desire to do something and things fall apart, there is always a new possibility to create something new and maybe even better. Living in fear and doubt will never create true alignment in life. Life doesn’t work in that way unless you want to stay in the same place forever, and even then, circumstances change all the time and the control it seems to have can be gone very soon.

The Roots of Doubt

Doubt is a conditioning that comes from past generations and manipulation by those who benefit from the fear of people, and there is a part of biological survival, but most of the doubt is not from that. Because when you have fear and doubt, you will stay in the comfort zone, but the perceived comfort zone is also conditioned and built-up beliefs. So it keeps you stuck in a matrix that’s hard to get out of. The only way to get out is to know the truth, have faith that when you go out of one place and follow what is your calling, all the circumstances will appear. This is through inspired action, synchronicity of events, being in the right place at the right moment, and by surrender. This is an effect of living from the heart.

Society and Control

Doubt is created by how society has programmed you. The trust is in what you have learned, what is safe and what is not. The consequences of taking risks are often imaginary. The more attached you are to materialistic things, the more control you need and the more fear you have. What would be a better option is to have everything organized and be free in the knowing that when things change, everything will be alright and new opportunities will come.

Real Freedom

For me personally, real freedom is only within. That’s where it starts. Freedom is being able to leave the country and start a new life if it is needed, following inner guidance without any fear, and building things in the physical realm in trust and surrender. Living without the need for the lower paradigm of greed, need for status, and so on, is real freedom.

Questions to Research the Doubt

  • What is it that I have doubt for?
  • What are the reasons that I have doubt, and are they real?
  • What I think will happen if things go wrong— is that really a problem, or are there solutions?
  • Is there something I’m too much attached to that I’m scared to lose? If so, why is it?

Other Ways of Looking at It

  • Would I be okay if I don’t do what I want because of doubt over 5 years?
  • What is it that you can learn from it, even if everything does not go as you wanted?
  • How good can it feel to have adventure as the real value to gain?
  • Not knowing exactly what to do will also give an opportunity to connect deeper within to be guided by intuition.

Living with Trust and Surrender

When you start to live like this and start to take action in the direction of your excitement, even without knowing exactly what will happen, it will feel more and more natural. Life is about going in a direction and doing that in trust and surrender. The more you don’t try to control things, the more flow there is. If you try to control everything because of doubt, you block intuition, because intuition is not going to give full control to a human in fear. Intuition is the trust that it knows what is best for you, and you work with the creation, not try to control what is being created. You can have a vision and go for it, but be in surrender that it manifests in the right form at the right time and know that it will be best for you even if it is not according to the plan you had in mind. When you surrender more and more to it, life becomes easier, there is no fear, you do things in trust, and even if there is still fear in you, you go for it because you know everything will be alright.
